Nettipoika Sites — acceptable use
Do not use the service for illegal content or activity, attacks, malware, spam, credential abuse, resource mining, or activity that materially risks other customers or the platform. Regulated health data, payment-card data, public proxy or relay service, and bulk email delivery require prior written agreement. Customer code and dependencies remain untrusted and are subject to enforced CPU, memory, task, disk, time, network, request, and log limits. Nettipoika Sites may immediately suspend activity presenting illegal, security, fraud, chargeback, abuse, or platform risk while preserving an appeal path through timo@nettipoika.fi.
Ask support for reasons and review of a restriction. Mandatory consumer rights remain unchanged.
Illegal-content notices and point of contact The electronic point of contact for service recipients and authorities is timo@nettipoika.fi; supported languages are Finnish and English. You can report suspected illegal content without an account. Include the exact page URL, reasons why you consider the content illegal, your name and email address, and a statement that you believe in good faith that the information is accurate and complete. Do not attach illegal material. We assess notices diligently and promptly, acknowledge receipt, and communicate our decision and review options. When restricting content or an account, we provide the reasons, scope and available remedies required by law. A person handles content notices; technical resource and security limits also use automated enforcement. We do not generally pre-screen all customer content. You may raise Digital Services Act compliance concerns with Traficom (traficom.fi).
